1. Check the ventilation efficiency of the cooling fan and clean the ventilation filter screen.

2. Check the performance of the tool holder of the NC lathe, especially whether the bottom surface of the tool fixing screw is a circular arc surface, and correct it in time.

3. If it doesn't work for a long time, it should be powered on every 7 days, so that the electrical components and numerical control system can be powered on and run for 2 ~ 3 hours to drive away the humidity inside the electrical cabinet and charge the battery.

4. Check whether the control button of the CNC lathe is abnormal and replace the damaged button in time.

5. Check and add the liquid level of lubricating oil tank of CNC lathe to meet the specified requirements, and check the lubrication effect of lubricating oil.

6. Check the performance of NC lathe tailstock and correct it in time.
